This prize draw (the ‘draw’) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (‘Conditions’) and by signing up to join the mailing list and/or suggesting a name for the celebrations, where you specify you wish to be part of this prize draw by 31 Jul 2026, you are entering the draw and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. All submissions must be made by 11pm (GMT) on 31 July 2026 (‘Closing Date’).

2. The draw is open to persons who are resident in the United Kingdom, and also to persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom provided that they able to enter the draw without breaching any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

3. Employees of Gloucester City Council, their relatives or any agents or employees are not eligible to enter the draw.

Prize-winners

4. Prize-winners will be selected and notified by 1 Sep 2026 at the latest, by email. One submission will be selected at random via software. There will only be one winner.

5. The winner will receive the a Gloucester Gift Card with a value of £50.

Liability

6. Gloucester City Council accepts no responsibility for submissions incorrectly submitted due to entrant human error, transmission errors, website malfunction, computer error or otherwise.

7. Any personal information relating to purchases will be used by the Council in accordance with its data protection policy which can be found here.
